Language: Azerbaijani, or Azeri, is the official language. Turkish and Russian are widely spoken; few people speak English. &lt;br /&gt;

Electricity: Electrical current is 220 volts, 50Hz. Round two-pin attachment plugs and 'Schuko' plugs are in use.&lt;br /&gt;
