Hi, we are moving back to the UK in July this year. At the moment we are living on Sydney's northshore (North Wahroonga) and are wondering what to do with the furniture and white goods we've bought as we left our house in the UK furnished. Most things were bought new 2.5 years ago apart from the fridge and washing machine, which were bought secondhand. Basically we have everything a family of 4 would need and we were wondering if anyone wanted to do a deal to buy the lot from us- it would certainly make things easier for us and hopefully for you too. If you're interested we can give you more details/photos etc if you contact us on general@parkerhall.net. We're also happy to put you in touch with our rental agents if you wanted to take over the lease here - (we would not derive any benefit financially from this so it's up to you- there is a real shortage of rental properties in Sydney at the moment). Hope to hear from you![/list]

July is still a long way off! dont sell your gear just yet.
Garage sales here are very comon, just run an add a few weeks before you leave. Wahronga is a nice area only 18 klm's north of Sydney CBD and very handy to the F3 "Newcastle freeway" and with Hornsby just a stones throw away.
