The laidback Tasmanian lifestyle will be celebrated at a festival in Launceston from February 9 to 11.
Festivale will feature gourmet food and wine and family entertainment from both local and interstate artists.
More than 70 food and wine exhibitors will offer their products for tasting across the weekend.
The event will be held in the Launceston's historic City Park.
