Hi all

I've applied for the Australian PR visa under the 'General Skilled Migration (Subclass-175)' on 18th March 2008 and for it I've submitted all the necessary documents along with the company's letterhead with stamp and signature of the authorized person on them. To be very precise, I got the 'Employment Confirmation' certificate from my company and I've submitted that too. I've cleared the ACS assesment with the same set of documents. My company doesn't pays through any bank as it directly gives cash in hands. Neither would I be able to produce any kind of Bank Statement nor any Tax related document. I can get the latest payslips though. Could anyone please tell me, whether my candidature would cross the tables of immigration safely or not? I'm a bit tensed about it. May I know, under what circumstances would they ask for a bank statement or any tax related document?

Later i've uploaded the PCC and went for the medical tests. The medical tests were done two weeks ago and I was been told that the reports' status would be shown online. Today I checked my account and found the status mentioned below:

18/03/2008 Health requirements outstanding
24/04/2008 Further medical results received
24/04/2008 Further medical results received
24/04/2008 Further medical results received
24/04/2008 HIV blood test received

It says that all the results have been received by the immigration department but the Health requirements still says outstanding. I'm confused as to why it's still outstanding. Can anyone tell me what does this means? Why is the Health requirements still outstanding? Didn't they received any form or report from the doctor?

Also can anyone please tell me how much time will it take for the PR to get granted? How to know whether a Case Officer has been assigned to my candidature or not?

Would appreciate a fast reply and thanks in advance.

Cheers!!
