. i have some question regarding the marriage. my register with a girl in china but both of them did not register in malaysia or even inform embassy of malaysia. did their marriage valid and recognizes in malaysia.

2. i heard my friends married broken the relationship with the girl without divioce with the girl in china and register i married with a girl in malaysia again and do register in malaysia, did him offend malaysia marriage laws>?

3. i heard my friends told me the registration in china are not recognize in malaysia if they never inform and register in malaysia.
is it true??

Did you marry a malaysian?
If so your wedding is not recognizedin Malaysia unless you register it.

Otherwise i do not understand your english - can you try to be more specific?

sorry, tyring mistake. i means my friends marriage with a chinese girl and register in china. did their marriage valid in malaysia?

2. according the malaysia laws, who marriage in other courty have to register in malaysia within 6 month, otherwise will be penalty.
