I'm currently working in UK, have bought a mug from Kodak Gallery over the internet to be sent to Malaysia. However, upon nearly 1 month, the merchandise has yet to reach the recipient. After much exasperating enquiries with rgds to the fine prints in the T & C, the message was basically that I need to check frm Msian custom what happened to the product. So.. may I solicit your advice on how should I go about doing this? any way I can call the Msian custom, or what info do i need to provide? Their official website doesnt seem to work! And please.. everyone, a word of mouth - DONT purchase anything from Kodak Gallery!
