My name is Bob Gorden.
I have lived and worked 7 years in China working in manufacturing. I have over
23 years manufacturing experience, 17 years Quality Management, 13 years in Supervisory or Management roles.

As someone who has extensive experience in China and managed four
USA companies in China, I am looking to expand and share my knowledge as General and Quality Manager and pass this knowledge on to the next generation of Managers.

I have been General Manager for four USA companies in China. Three companies I have restructured, and one company I started manufacturing operations from "the ground up" by selecting the appropriate location, obtaining all certificates and licenses to manufacture in
China.

During the start up and restructuring phases, I hired all appropriate management staff and established or re-established all functions of operations
