3 weeks.

Was send back by immigration cos I applied for a visit visa within 30 days after my wife left the UAE. This is not made known at on any official website

Yeah alabasu.. I guess they shud report it to the Immigration dept oni if they have more proof on these people using false docs..

I've heard after an investigation carried out in a certain company, many from that nationality got deported using falsified docs/certs.. These sort of ppl r denying the right to work for those who deserve it.

The rules keep on changing so get advice before you travel

I used to worked in Dubai before and now got new job in Abu Dhabi, my new employer can't issue my visa at Abu Dhabi's Imigration as I have only one name in my passport as they said if this is the regulation.

My parents only gave me one name since I was born and I never change or add it. In my birth certificate, ID or any certificate mentioned only one name as always and never had any problem including my worked time in Dubai. I believe not only me who has one name.

I was just curious and wanted to know why my new employer can't issued my visa with one name at Abu Dhabi's Imigration meanwhile in Dubai could be as I believe a lot of people has one name. Is it Abu Dhabi's regulation or...?.

Hi my freind,
I am an engineer.
i signed a contract with an oil&Gas company and they sent my DOCs. for visa, after 1 week(2 weeks ago) the approvment letter of ministry of labour wes issued and they sent it to immigration department.
does anyone know how long should i wait for enteing UAE?
it is about 3 weeks (16 working day) pasts
