I know Tigra will disagree with me here, but the best Vietnamese in town is definitely Hoi An at the Shangrai la between the bridges.
Not exactly traditional, but it's slightly western influenced Vietnamese was certainly the best I've had. I would describe it as having the best of both worlds.
The Tiger prawn dish was amazing, the prawns are the size of lobsters!! |
