That explains it, when u work 4 government ur application will not go to the labour dept. and it will go directly to immigration, so u'll get ur visa in the same day since u entered the country in an employment visa.

For non-government, it takes minimum 3 weeks.

I also work for the government and I'm not an Emirati (at least, not the last time I check)

I am sudhakaran for india and i had been through the interview from Lang o Ruike who called themselves as construction company in abudhabi on Al Raha beach project two weeks back which went upto three stages of interview ,they said that they are interested to take me in but there is no offer letters or any other things had been forwarded for me. In case if i am provided the offer, how long will it take for the company to provide me the visa for coming down to abu dhabi from now approximately?. This is for my preparation for relocating myself in case Smile

Usually what is the time frame taken to get a visa for a foreign national in abu dhabi by a private company?

I have an interview lined up for laing o'rourke so what sort of questions are asked in the interview and what should be taken care of while deciding the salary? thanks in advance
