There was a website, I can't remember the name, it had visitors upload CV's and if you were suitable for a job in the Dubai/Abu Dhabi they'd contact you.

The catch was you had to send them money.

I figured, that it was a scam. figured if given that shortage in IT staff around the world, they wouldn't need money from me to recruit me for a client, and like most of the recruitment agents in Australia, very keen on representing me, whereas these guys seemed just interested in get money off me.
