Expatriate Forums in Abu Dhabi (UAE)

I will be moving to AD early next year and was hoping to hear your comments on Sas Al Nakl and Al Raha Gardens.
Some of my concerns that I hope you could address are:

1. How close is the nearest supermarket and convenience store to each?
2. What is the ease of getting a taxi from each of the compounds? Is there any special private pickup service offered by taxi companies?
3. How quiet/noisy are each of these places?
4. How close is the nearest hospital/veterinary clinic?
5. How close is the nearest mall?
6. Are there any dog stores near these compounds?
7. How are these villas air conditioned....central air or does each room in the villa have its own A/C
8. How close is the nearest beach? Is there access on foot?
