Large 3 bedroom unfurnished apartment for rent. Lease is until July 31, 2008. Located in Khalidiya, close to the Family Park, Cornishe, Cafe Firenze and Abela Superstore.
We are leaving Abu dhabi and need to lease this apartment. Currently paying 11 500 AED per month. We have fridge, stove and washer/dryer for sale (only 3 motnhs old, still under warranty) as well.
Building is new with security guard. Flat has high speed internet, satellite TV, hydro and water are all hooked up. Flat is on the 1st Floor.
